Beginnings

I'm HOME. And I'm very glad that I am... especially when I think of all my quarter-system friends who are studying for finals when I'm reaping the benefits of HBO. =P good luck, guys!

It's been fun: umbrella wars (see picture), hanging out with the sibs, eating real food...yadda yadda yah.

BUT...in less than a week, I will leave the dear Almaden Valley and embark on my journey across the nation/world. First stop: Atlanta, for my internship with Coca-Cola...and then I'm off to Beijing for the 2008 Summer Olympic Games! I don't know what I'm more excited for: a free ride to China, the amazing buildings (the bird's nest? water cube? whaaat?), the athletes (go michael phelps GO!)...or the FOOD (go ashley GO!!!)

No, I don't think I can fit you in my suitcase...but thanks to the wonders of the internet, I'll be able to share some of my summer memories with you. My Xanga days are long gone now, so ashleychang.blogspot.com it is: Read me, and stay tuned =]
